The Hype Foundation Food Program is a sponsor of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (C.A.C.F.P) which is funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and administered through the Texas Department of Agriculture. We are a non-profit organization with a contract from the State of Texas Department of Agriculture.
